We chose our global partners based on documented evidence demonstrating that they have established and maintain robust procedures to ensure consistent quality in their formulations, while also showing a strong commitment to responsible manufacturing practices and the effective management of chemicals throughout their entire production process. This includes adherence to environmental and safety standards, as well as a dedication to sustainability and regulatory compliance in their operations.
Quality Control Procedure for Supplier Evaluation & Selection:

1. Quality Management System: Companies that demonstrate a well-established internal quality management system to guarantee the consistent quality of their products.

2. Environmental Commitment: A proven environmental management system in place and be recognized members of the Leather Working Group (LWG).

3.Documentation: Timely provision of Certificates of Analysis (COA) for every chemical purchased.

4. REACH Compliance: Adherence to the REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations.

5.Safety & Technical Documentation: A thorough review of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and Certificates of Analysis (COA).

Once all conditions are met, the suppliers are approved by the Management and added to our list of approved suppliers, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility throughout our chemical sourcing process.
